The application thereof can't be used and/or accessed without your explicit and clear consent to all the provisions as listed below in this document. Furthermore, all the included Terms in this document shall apply to all visitors and/or users of the application –By merely pressing the button “I Agree", you are expressing your explicit consent to all the terms and conditions that are entailed in this document.

The following terms shall be defined as follows:

"Agzakhanh" App	An application specialized in providing and/or enabling all means of communication between pharmacies and/or stores, consumers, delivery companies and their employees, and/or freelance delivery personnel, and/or the delivery team of the application itself, and/or anyone acting on behalf of the application in the process of delivering the products/medicines. Whereas, the products and/or medicines shall be delivered to the consumer by placing a purchase order online. Taking into account, adhering to all the instructions of the Ministry of Health, including but not limited to; refraining from dispensing, selling and/or delivering any medical product that legally requires a prescription (R), signed and stamped by a doctor registered with the Ministry of Health, except after receiving and keeping (original) Prescription (R).
Service Provider	Available pharmacies and/or stores on the “Agzakhanh” app, in addition to cosmetics’ companies, medical equipment’s companies, and the platforms of which provide remote medical consultancies that include but not limited to: the mechanism of drug use, and/or contraindications/precautions to its use.
App Visitors	Any natural and/or juridical person who agreed to the terms and conditions of "Agzakhanh" application, but did not upload his data and log in.
Members (Users)	Any natural and/or juridical person who agreed to the terms and conditions of "Agzakhanh" application, uploaded his data and logged in, thus activated his account.

This Policy is an essential part of our Terms and Conditions of use and applies to the information that is collected in connection with the download, installation and use of the "Agzakhanh" application, related services and the Site.

By using our services, you’re entrusting us with your information. We recognize the significance of this responsibility, and we “Agzakhanh app” will work tooth and nail to protect it along with granting you the essential right to control it.

This Policy aims at helping you to better-understand our collection, use and disclosure of your information through the Applications, as well as the methodology in which we update, delete and extract your information.

All online platforms (applications - websites – application's accounts on social media platforms on all channels and with its different content, whether visual or written) are exclusively considered an original intellectual property of “Agzakhanh” application.
“Agzakhanh” application has the right to publish any advertisements and/or promotional campaigns for any product in the local, regional and/or international markets. However, all online platforms owned by “Agzakhanh” are not – by all means – responsible for the quality of the products and/ or its nature and/or its effectiveness, and thus, “Agzakhanh” application completely disclaims its responsibility for any products and/or content that is published and/or promoted through its online platforms “Application - Websites”. Furthermore, “Agzakhanh” application has the right to promote and/or disseminate and/or advertise for any products even if it was for similar types of products that are dispensed by different service providers, and/or the products of which the application itself is dispensing.
“Agzakhanh” application does not bear any responsibility whatsoever for the relationship of “Users” with the “Service Providers” that provide distribution and/or sale of the offered products through the application, particularly with regards to the confidentiality of medical information.
Specifying the relationship: “Agzakhanh” application is not responsible in any way whatsoever for the relationship of the “users” with the providers of distribution services and/or the sale of the products that are purchased through the application.
“Agzakhanh” application is very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We do not collect Personal Information, and we employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your Non-Personal Information from unauthorized access and use. However, please be aware that no security measures that we take to protect your information are absolutely guaranteed to avoid unauthorized access or use of your Non-Personal Information which is impenetrable. Accordingly, the "Agzakhana" application disclaims its legal, moral and professional responsibility for any unauthorized penetration of the security application system designed to protect your information.
The application is not responsible for any direct and/or indirect interaction between service providers and users, nor does the application and/or its management, and/or its individuals bear any legal, ethical, professional and/or moral tort as a result of the interaction of visitors and users of the application with service providers.
The "Agzakhana" application pledges to keep all the visitors’ and/or medical members’ information and/or their basic data confidential. However, it does not guarantee the service providers’ commitment to confidentiality and non-disclosure terms and conditions.
The "Agzakhana" application collect data after registering on our website and/or the "Agzakhana" application and we have the right to use it for the purposes of conducting market research studies and/or scientific research. Nevertheless, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and non-disclosure terms and conditions.
The "Agzakhana" application use the information we collect from existing services to help us develop new ones.
The "Agzakhana" application cannot control the actions of other users with whom you share your information. We cannot, and do not, control the information you share with other users using an Application, the Services or the Site (including via Forums) or how such other users will use or share such information. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of our security measures.
The "Agzakhana" application use data for analytic reasons and statistics to better-understand how our services are used. For instance, we analyze data about your use of the Application to do things like improve our product design.
Correspondence: The "Agzakhana" application uses the information we collect, such as your email address, to initiate a direct interactive communication with you.
Managing, reviewing, and updating your information: When you're signed in, you can always review and update your information by visiting the services you use.
Cancellation of membership & Unsubscribing: The management of "Agzakhanh" application has the right to send notifications, advertisements and/or promotional campaigns on e-mail, SMS, mobile applications and/or social media notifications. Hence, the user may at his sole discretion stop the notifications and/or unsubscribe. Moreover, the application management also has the right to cancel your membership and/or subscription, in the event that you adopt any policy that may be interpreted as misuse, including, but not limited to: frequently repeating the deed of ordering and cancelling, and/or failure to pay upon receipt, and/or repeating ordering unwanted products.
Cookies: "Agzakhanh" application uses cookies as a defining file for the first party drivers (A cookie is a small file that can be placed on your device that allows us to recognize you, and enables you to access our website/application.) We may also use third party’s cookies
Facebook Integration: Users can log in to our application using their Facebook accounts. We are collecting some data like (email, display name, and profile picture) from the user's Facebook account in order to complete the user profile. Users may request deletion of that data. Accordingly, you can request modification or deletion of your information by contacting us at info@agzakhanh.com.
Third-Party’s website: This Privacy and Cookie Policy does not apply to third party websites to which our Website and/or our application may lead. We are not responsible for the practices of these websites and what comes in their privacy and cookie policies. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any information that you provide to these websites through our website and/or the “Agzakhana” application. Therefore, please make sure to read these sites' privacy and cookie policies separately to make sure they fit for you.
By logging-in and/or continuing to access the “Agzakhanh” application, you agree to this Policy and all of its provisions and/or amended terms - and accordingly, in the event of not agreeing to these terms and/or their amendments - we ask you to stop using the “Agzakhanh” application.
Your Information may be stored and processed in any country other than the state of Qatar, where we have facilities, and by using the “Agzakhanh” application, the Services or the Site you consent to the transfer of your Information to other countries, of which may be outside of your country of residence or origin and may provide for different and less stringent data protection rules than in your country. If you object to your Information being transferred or used as described in this Policy, please do not use the “Agzakhanh” application, or any of the Services or the Site and immediately delete all Applications from your User Devices.
Sensitive Information: We ask that you not send us, and you not disclose, any sensitive Personal Information (e.g., information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, sexual orientation, criminal background or membership in past organizations, including trade union memberships) on or through the “Agzakhanh” application, the Services or the Site or otherwise to us.
We reserve the right, at our unilateral and sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter this Policy (fully or partially) at any time.

سياسة الخصوصية

يُشترط قراءة الوثيقة التالية بعناية قبل استخدام تطبيق "أجزخانة" بحيث انه لا يُمكن الانتفاع من خدمات التطبيق إلا بموافقتك الصريحة على كل ما جاء بهذه الوثيقة "سياسة الخصوصية، السياسة" من أحكام وشروط، يتم تطبيق أحكام هذه الوثيقة على جميع مستخدمي التطبيق من مزودي الخدمات، والزوار والأعضاء – بمجرد الضغط على زر "موافق" فإنك تكون موافقاُ موافقة صريحة على كا ما جاء بهذه الوثيقة من أحكام وشروط.

تكون للمصطلحات التالية دلالاتها في الوثيقة أدناه:

تطبيق "أجزخانة"	تطبيق مُختص في توفير و/أو اتاحة سُبُل التواصل فيما بين الصيدليات و/أو المتاجر والمستهلكين و شركات التوصيل وموظفيها، و/أو أفراد التوصيل الذين يعملون بشكل حُر، و/أو فريق التوصيل الخاص بالتطبيق نفسه، و/أو كل من ينوب عن التطبيق في توصيل المنتجات/ الأدوية، بحيث تصل المنتجات و/أو الادوية إلى المستهلك من خلال طلبها الكترونياً. مع الأخذ في الاعتبار اتباع كافة تعليمات وزارة الصحة بما فيها على سبيل الذكر لا الحصر: عدم صرف و/أو بيع و/أو تسليم أي منتج طبي يحتاج بيعه إلى وصفة طبية (R)، مُوقّعة ومختومة بواسطة طبيب مسجل بوزارة الصحة، إلا بعد استلام وحفظ (أصل) الوصفة الطبية (R).
مزود خدمة	الصيدليات و/أو المتاجر المطروحة الكترونياً على تطبيق "أجزخانة"، بالإضافة إلى شركات مستحضرات التجميل، وشركات الأجهزة الطبية، ومنصات تقديم الاستشارات الطبية عن بُعد والتي تشمل تقديم استشارات منها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: آلية استخدام الدواء، و/أو موانع استخدامه.
زوار التطبيق	أي شخص طبيعي و/أو اعتباري وافق على شروط وأحكام تطبيق "أجزخانة " الا أنه لم يقم بتحميل بياناته وتسجيل الدخول.
الأعضاء (المستخدمين)	أي شخص طبيعي و/أو اعتباري وافق على شروط وأحكام تطبيق "أجزخانة " و قام بتحميل بياناته وتسجيل الدخول وبالتالي تفعيل حسابه.

تُعد هذه السياسة جزءًا لا يتجزأ من شروط وأحكام الخدمة الخاصة بنا وتنطبق على المعلومات التي يتم جمعها فيما يتعلق بتنزيل وتثبيت واستخدام تطبيق "أجزخانة" والخدمات ذات الصلة والموقع.

عند استخدام خدماتنا، فإنك تأتمننا على معلوماتك. نحن ندرك أن هذه مسؤولية كبيرة ونعمل بجدية لحماية معلوماتك ونمنحك التحكم فيها.

تهدف سياسةُ الخصوصية هذه إلى مساعدتك على فهم ماهية المعلومات التي نجمعها وسبب جمعنا لها، وكذلك طريقة تحديث معلوماتك وتصديرها وحذفها.

تُعتبر كافة المنصات الالكترونية (التطبيقات – المواقع الالكترونية – حسابات التطبيق على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي بكافة أشكالها وباختلاف محتواها مرئي كان أم مكتوب) ملكية فكرية أصلية لتطبيق "أجزخانة" حصراً.
يحق لتطبيق "أجزخانة" نشر أي دعايات و/أو حملات ترويجية لأي منتج في الأسواق المحلية و/أو الإقليمية و/أو العالمية، إلا أن المنصات الإلكترونية المملوكة لـ "أجزخانة" غير مسؤولة عن جودة المنتجات و/أو ماهيتها و/أو فعاليتها، وعليه يُخلي تطبيق "أجزخانة" مسؤوليته بشكل كامل عن أي منتجات و/أو محتوى يتم نشره و/أو الترويج إليه عبر منصاته الإلكترونية "تطبيق – المواقع الإلكترونية". كذلك يجوز لتطبيق "أجزخانة" الإعلان و/أو النشر و/أو الترويج لأي منتجات تتشابه فيما بين مزودي الخدمة على التطبيق، و/أو المنتجات التي يقوم التطبيق نفسه بتوزيعها.
ان تطبيق "أجزخانة" غير مسؤول بأي شكل من الأشكال عن علاقة "المستخدمين" مع مزودي خدمات توزيع و/أو بيع المنتجات المُراد شراؤها عبر التطبيق فيما يتعلق بشروط السرية للمعلومات الطبية.
تحديد العلاقة : ان تطبيق "أجزخانة" غير مسؤول بأي شكل من الأشكال عن علاقة "المستخدمين" مع مزودي خدمات توزيع و/أو بيع المنتجات المُراد شراؤها عبر التطبيق.
يُولي تطبيق "أجزخانة" بالغ الأهمية والحِرص بشأن حماية سرية معلوماتك. نحن لا نجمع معلومات شخصية، ونستخدم تدابير إدارية ومادية وإلكترونية مصممة لحماية معلوماتك غير الشخصية من الوصول إليها والاستخدام بأي طريقة غير مصرح بها. ولكن، يُرجى العلم أنه لا توجد تدابير أمنية نتخذها لحماية معلوماتك مضمونة تمامًا لتجنب الوصول غير المصرح به أو استخدام معلوماتك غير الشخصية التي لا يمكن اختراقها، وبناءاً عليه فإن تطبيق "أجزخانة" يُخلي مسؤوليته القانونية والأخلاقية والمهنية عن أي اختراق غير مصرح به لمنظومة التطبيق الأمنية.
التطبيق غير مسؤول عن اي تعامل مباشر و/أو شبه مباشر فيما بين مزودي الخدمة والمستخدمين، كما أنه لا يقع على التطبيق و/أو إدارته، و/أو أفراده أي مسؤولية قانونية و/أو أخلاقية و/أو مهنية و/أو أدبية جراء تعامل زوار التطبيق ومستخدميه مع مزودي الخدمة.
يضمن التطبيق حفظ معلومات الزوار و/أو الاعضاء الطبية و/أو بياناتهم الأساسية، إلا أنه لا يضمن التزام مزودي الخدمة بشروط السرية وعدم الإفصاح.
نحن نقوم بجمع البيانات بعد التسجيل على موقعنا و/أو التطبيق "أجزخانة"، ويحق لنا استخدامها لغايات اجراء دراسات السوق و/أو الابحاث العلمية وذلك مع ضمان الالتزام بشروط السرية وعدم الإفصاح.
نستخدم المعلومات التي نجمعها في الخدمات الحالية لتساعدنا على تطوير خدمات جديدة.
تطبيق "أجزخانة" لا يمكنه التحكم في تصرفات المستخدمين الآخرين الذين تشارك معهم معلوماتك. لا يمكننا ولا نتحكم في المعلومات التي تشاركها مع مستخدمين آخرين باستخدام تطبيق أو الخدمات أو الموقع (بما في ذلك عبر المنتديات) أو كيف سيستخدم هؤلاء المستخدمون الآخرون هذه المعلومات أو يشاركونها. نحن لسنا مسؤولين عن تحايل طرف ثالث على تدابيرنا الأمنية.

المراسلات والغاء الاشتراكات: يحق للتطبيق ارسال أي حملات ترويجية و/أو دعايات و/أو روابط و/أو اشعارات على أي بريد الكتروني يخصك و/أو رقم هاتف و/أو مُشغل تطبيقات و/أو على اي تطبيق متواجد على هاتفك. كذلك يحق لإدارة التطبيق الغاء اشتراكك، وذلك في حال انتهاجك أي سياسة مفادها سوء الاستخدام، ونذكر منها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: تكرار الطلب والإلغاء، و/أو عدم الدفع عند الاستلام، و/أو تكرار الخطأ في بيان المنتجات المطلوبة.
ملفات تعريف الارتباط " الكوكيز" : يستخدم موقع "أجزخانة" الإلكتروني و/أو اي تطبيق يتفرع عنه، ملفات تعريف ارتباط الطرف الأول (ملفات صغيرة الحجم للغاية يتم إرسالها إلى الكمبيوتر الخاص بكم أو أي جهاز آخر يتم استخدامه للوصول إلى الموقع الإلكتروني، وأي من التطبيقات) والتقنيات الأخرى المماثلة التي يمكننا الوصول إليها عند زيارتكم لموقعنا مستقبلاً. قد نستخدم أيضاً ملفات تعريف الارتباط الخاصة بأطراف ثالثة.

Nature of the service: “Agzakhanh” application enables access, corresponding, purchasing, and/or requesting services from pharmacies and/or medications service providers, remote medical consultations providers, and/or any other related product to the public health and/or therapeutic and non- therapeutic cosmetics, and/or general hygiene products. Moreover, the app also enables communication of the carriers with delivery and/or shipping service providers to allow users to deliver products to specific destinations by their own selection.
Specifying the relationship: “Agzakhanh” application is not responsible in any way whatsoever for the relationship of the “users” with the providers of distribution services and/or the sale of the products that are purchased through the application.
The application of "Agzakhanh" does not bear any direct or indirect responsibility whatsoever for any medical advice and/or "any kind of consultations" and/or product quality and/or side effects of the products. The application’s sole purpose is limited to providing purchase channels to the users.
The application is not responsible for any direct and/or semi-direct interaction between service providers and users, nor does the application and/or its management, and/or its individuals bear any legal, ethical, professional and/or moral tort as a result of the interaction of visitors and users of the application with service providers.
Users shall not publish any defamatory, falsehood informatory, infringing, and/or pornographic and/or any other content that includes inappropriate language and/or anything related to discrimination, intolerance and/or any threatening or offensive content on any of "Agzakhanh" application's platforms.
You may not post anything related to political matters, public opinion issues and/or unsolicited promotional campaigns.
Users under the age of 18 are not allowed to use the application, and by registering with the services of the “Agzakhanh” application, you pledge that you are over the legal age. Moreover, service providers are prohibited from dealing with any person suspected of being under the age of 18.
Changes: The management of the “Agzakhanh” application has the right to make any modification to the content of the application and/or cancel and/or delete users’ data and/or use users’ data “subject to the user’s privacy policy” for the purposes of statistics, conducting studies and/or using data in research and publications.
Governing Law: these provisions are subject to the laws of the State of Qatar, and any dispute that arouse in relation to these provisions shall be exclusively subject to the regular Qatari court's jurisdiction to consider them.
Scope of the relationship: The financial relationship between users and service providers is limited, and the mission of “Agzakhanh” application is to link between the user and the service provider. Furthermore, “Agzakhanh” application’s fees are deducted from your payment to the service provider and are not refunded in any way. Hence, products and/or medicines are returned in accordance with the provisions of Qatari law, accordingly the service provider will refund the value of the product and/or medicine to the user as long as it is still sealed. While, the user shall bear the delivery fees and expenses from his location to the location of the service provider, which can be estimated at 10 Qatari Riyals, without prejudice to the provisions of the law.
Duration of contracting with service providers: The term of contracting with service providers is subject to “Agzakhanh” application management’s sole discretion, and the application management may terminate its contract with any of the service providers at any time.
Cancellation of membership: The management of the “Agzakhanh” application has the right to suspend the membership of any user for any reason whatsoever, and this is subject only to the unilateral discretion of “Agzakhanh” application management.
Responding period: "Agzakhanh" application undertakes to provide quick response methods for users, however, "Agzakhanh" application is not responsible for the performance and/or speed of response of the service providers. However, the application will exert the utmost care in following up the requests, their quality and speed of delivery, but without bearing any legal responsibility (tort) on the “Agzakhanh” application.
Notifications: The management of "Agzakhanh" application has the right to send notifications, advertisements and/or promotional campaigns on e-mail, SMS, mobile applications and/or social media notifications. Hence, the user may at his sole discretion stop the notifications and/or unsubscribe.
Quality of services: “Agzakhanh” application does not warrant any services provided by service providers, pharmacies.
There is no warranty on the availability of the service: With regard to all services provided in the "Agzakhanh" application, there is no guarantee that the products will be available in pharmacies, and/or that they will arrive on a specific time, and there is no warranty on the quality of any of the products that are sold on the application except for the warranty offered by the service provider themselves.
"Agzakhanh" application is not responsible for the effect and/or side effects of any medicines and/or products that have been dispensed on the application.
Performance of the website and/or application service: The “Agzakhanh” application does not guarantee its permanent availability on the internet. However, we strive to be available permanently on the internet.
Cancellation: In case of canceling any order that you purchased on the “Agzakhanh” application, the amount of delivery fees, roughly 10 Qatari Riyals (without prejudice to the provisions of the law) will be deducted to the account of the “Agzakhanh” application, and then the rest of the amount will be refunded to your account within a maximum period of 45 days from the date of canceling the order. Hence, “Agzakhanh” application is not responsible for any delay whatsoever caused by the balance recycling in relation to bank and/or credit cards or through paying with E-wallets.
The application and its management are committed to providing the highest available levels of security and privacy. When it comes to payment methods; payment is made on the “Agzakhanh” application either by using bank and/or credit cards or through placing an order with E-wallets and/or direct cash payment - and accordingly "Agzakhanh" application is not responsible for any exposure and/or theft and/or any hacking of financial and/or banking information belonging to the users' account.
"Agzakhanh" application reserves the right to make any changes and/or modifications and/or any addition to the content of the application and/or its online platforms.
By logging-in and/or continuing to access the “Agzakhanh” application, you agree to this Terms and all of its conditions and/or amended terms - and accordingly, in the event of not agreeing to these terms and/or their amendments - we ask you to stop using the “Agzakhanh” application.
"Agzakhanh" application has the right to cancel and/or delete the account of any of the visitors, members and/or service providers of the application at any time and for any reason whatsoever.

شروط وأحكام الاستخدام

يُشترط قراءة الوثيقة التالية بعناية قبل استخدام تطبيق "أجزخانة" بحيث انه لا يُمكن استخدام التطبيق إلا بموافقتك الصريحة على كل ما جاء بهذه الوثيقة من أحكام وشروط ، بالإضافة أنه يتم تطبيق أحكام هذه الوثيقة على كل زائري و/أو مستخدمي التطبيق – بمجرد الضغط على زر "موافق" فإنك تكون موافقاً موافقة صريحة على كل ما جاء بهذه الوثيقة من أحكام وشروط.

تكون للمصطلحات التالية دلالاتها في الوثيقة أدناه:

تطبيق "أجزخانة"	تطبيق مُختص في توفير و/أو اتاحة سُبُل التواصل فيما بين الصيدليات و/أو المتاجر والمستهلكين و شركات التوصيل وموظفيها، و/أو أفراد التوصيل الذين يعملون بشكل حُر، و/أو فريق التوصيل الخاص بالتطبيق نفسه، و/أو كل من ينوب عن التطبيق في توصيل المنتجات/ الأدوية، بحيث تصل المنتجات و/أو الادوية إلى المستهلك من خلال طلبها الكترونياً. مع الأخذ في الاعتبار اتباع كافة تعليمات وزارة الصحة بما فيها على سبيل الذكر لا الحصر: عدم صرف و/أو بيع و/أو تسليم أي منتج طبي يحتاج بيعه إلى وصفة طبية (R)، مُوقّعة ومختومة بواسطة طبيب مسجل بوزارة الصحة، إلا بعد استلام وحفظ (أصل) الوصفة الطبية (R).
مزود خدمة	الصيدليات و/أو المتاجر المطروحة الكترونياً على تطبيق "أجزخانة"، بالإضافة إلى شركات مستحضرات التجميل، وشركات الأجهزة الطبية، ومنصات تقديم الاستشارات الطبية عن بُعد والتي تشمل تقديم استشارات منها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: آلية استخدام الدواء، و/أو موانع استخدامه.
زوار التطبيق	أي شخص طبيعي و/أو اعتباري وافق على شروط وأحكام تطبيق "أجزخانة " الا أنه لم يقم بتحميل بياناته وتسجيل الدخول.
الأعضاء (المستخدمين)	أي شخص طبيعي و/أو اعتباري وافق على شروط وأحكام تطبيق "أجزخانة " و قام بتحميل بياناته وتسجيل الدخول وبالتالي تفعيل حسابه.

تُعتبر كافة المنصات الالكترونية (التطبيقات – المواقع الالكترونية – حسابات التطبيق على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي بكافة أشكالها وباختلاف محتواها مرئي كان أم مكتوب) ملكية فكرية أصلية لتطبيق "أجزخانة" حصراً.
يحق لتطبيق "أجزخانة" نشر أي دعايات و/أو حملات ترويجية لأي منتج في الأسواق المحلية و/أو الإقليمية و/أو العالمية، إلا أن المنصات الإلكترونية المملوكة لـ "أجزخانة" غير مسؤولة عن جودة المنتجات و/أو ماهيتها و/أو فعاليتها، وعليه يُخلي تطبيق "أجزخانة" مسؤوليته بشكل كامل عن أي منتجات و/أو محتوى يتم نشره و/أو الترويج إليه عبر منصاته الإلكترونية "تطبيق – المواقع الإلكترونية".
طبيعة الخدمة: يُتيح تطبيق "أجزخانة" إمكانية الوصول والتراسل و/أو الشراء، و/أو طلب الخدمة من الصيدليات و/أو مزودي خدمات الأدوية، و/أو مقدمي الاستشارات الطبية عن بُعد، و/أو أي منتج يتعلق بالصحة العامة و/أو مستحضرات التجميل العلاجية والغير علاجية، و/أو منتجات النظافة العامة، كذلك يُتيح التواصل مع الناقلين من مزودي خدمات التوصيل و/أو الشحن ليُتيح للمستخدمين خدمات إيصال المنتجات لوجهات معينة مُختارة من قِبلهم.
تحديد العلاقة: ان تطبيقات "أجزخانة غير مسؤول بأي شكل من الأشكال عن علاقة "المستخدمين" مع مزودي خدمات توزيع و/أو بيع المنتجات المُراد شراؤها عبر التطبيق.
لا يترتب على تطبيق "أجزخانة" اي مسؤولية مباشرة أو غير مباشرة على أي استشارة طبية و/أو "أي نوع استشارة" و/أو جودة منتج و/أو الاضرار الجانبية للمنتجات، بل أن مهمة التطبيق تنحصر في إتاحة قنوات شراء للمستخدمين.
التطبيق غير مسؤول عن أي تعامل مباشر و/أو شبه مباشر فيما بين مزودي الخدمة والمستخدمين، كما أنه لا يقع على التطبيق و/أو إدارته، و/أو أفراده أي مسؤولية قانونية و/أو أخلاقية و/أو مهنية و/أو أدبية جراء تعامل زوار التطبيق ومستخدميه مع مزودي الخدمة.
يتوجب على المستخدمين عدم نشر اي محتوى تشهيري و/أو إفترائي و/أو انتهاكي و/أو إباحي و/أو أي محتوى آخر يشمل الألفاظ الغير لائقة و/أو كل ما يتعلق بالتمييز والتعصب و/أو اي محتوى تهديدي او هجومي على أي منصة تخص تطبيق "أجزخانة".
لا يجوز نشر أي شيء يتعلق بالأمور السياسية و/أو قضايا الرأي العام و/أو الحملات الترويجية غير المرغوب فيها.
لا يُسمح استخدام التطبيق للمستخدمين تحت سن الـ ١٨، وبتسجيلك بخدمات تطبيق "أجزخانة" فأنت تتعهد بأنك فوق السن القانونية، و يُحظر على مزودي الخدمة القيام بذلك لأي شخض يشتبه بأنه تحت سن الـ ١٨ .
التغييرات: يحق لإدارة تطبيق "أجزخانة" اجراء أي تعديل على محتوى التطبيق و/أو الغاؤه و/أو حذف بيانات المستخدمين و/أو استخدام بيانات المستخدمين "مع مراعاة بنود خصوصية المستخدم" لغايات الإحصاء واجراء الدراسات و/أو لاستخدام البيانات في الأبحاث والمنشورات.
القانون الحاكم: تخضع هذه الأحكام لقوانين دولة قطر ، وأي نزاع يحدث فيما يتعلق بهذه الأحكام فتكون المحاكم القطرية النظامية صاحبة اختصاص حصري في النظر فيها.
نطاق العلاقة: تنحصر العلاقة المالية بين المستخدمين و مزودي الخدمة، وأن مهمة تطبيق "أجزخانة" هو الربط فيما بين المستخدم و مزود الخدمة، كما تقتطع رسوم تطبيق "أجزخانة" من دفعتك لمزود الخدمة ولا تسترد بأي شكل من الأشكال، وتسترجع المنتجات و/أو الأدوية طبقاً لأحكام القانون القطري، وعليه يقوم مزود الخدمة برد قيمة المنتج و/أو الدواء إلى المستخدم طالما لم يتم فتحه أو استخدامه. على أن يتحمل المستخدم قيمة التوصيل من مكانه إلى مزود الخدمة والتي يمكن تقديرها بـ ١٠ ريال قطري، مع عدم الإخلال بأحكام القانون.
مدة التعاقد مع مزودي الخدمة: تكون مدة التعاقد مع مزودي الخدمة من صلاحيات إدارة تطبيق "أجزخانة" حصراً ويجوز لإدارة التطبيق إيقاف التعاقد مع أي من مزودي الخدمة.
إلغاء العضوية: يحق لإدارة تطبيق "أجزخانة" إيقاف عضوية اي مستخدم لأي سبب كان، ويخضع ذلك فقط لإرادة إدارة التطبيق "أجزخانة" المنفردة.
سرعة الاستجابة: يتعهد تطبيق "أجزخانة" بتوفير سُبُل سرعة الاستجابة للمستخدمين، إلا أن التطبيق "أجزخانة" غير مسؤول عن أداء و/أو سرعة استجابة مزودي الخدمة، ولكن التطبيق سيبذل درجة العناية القصوى في متابعة الطلبات وجودتها وسرعة توصيلها، ولكن دون أدنى مسؤولية على تطبيق "أجزخانة".
إشعارات البريد الإلكتروني: يحق لإدارة تطبيق "أجزخانة " ارسال الاشعارات و/أو الدعايات و/أو الحملات الترويجية على البريد الالكتروني و/أو رسائل الـ SMS و/أو تطبيقات الهاتف المحمول و/أو اشعارات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، ويمكن للمستخدم وقف استقبال الإشعارات وفق إرادته.
جودة الخدمات: لا يضمن تطبيق "أجزخانة " أي خدمات يتم تقديمها من قِبل مزودي الخدمة و/أو الصيدليات.
ليس هناك ضمانة على توافر الخدمة: فيما يتعلق بكافة الخدمات المزودة في تطبيق "أجزخانة "، لا ضمانة على توافر المنتجات في الصيدليات و/أو ضمان وصولها في الوقت المحدد و/أو ضمانة جودة اي من المنتجات المُراد بيعها على التطبيق إلا الضمانة التي يقوم مزود الخدمة بنفسه بعرضها وتكون مسؤوليته المنفردة.
ان تطبيق "أجزخانة" غير مسؤول عن تأثير و/أو الاثار الجانبية لأي أدوية و/أو منتجات قد تم بيعها على التطبيق.
اداء خدمة الموقع و/أو التطبيق: لا يضمن تطبيق "أجزخانة" أن يكون متوافراً على الشبكة العنكبوتية بشكل دائم إلا أننا نسعى أن نكون متاحين الوصول بشكل دائم على الشبكة العنكبوتية.
- الإلغاء: في حالة الغاء أي طلب قمت بشرائه على تطبيق "أجزخانة " فيتم اقتطاع قيمة توصيل المنتج، ويمكن تقديرها بـ ١٠ ريالات قطرية (مع عدم الإخلال بأحكام قانون حماية المستهلك القطري) لحساب تطبيق "أجزخانة"، و يتم بعدها إعادة الثمن خلال مدة أقصاها ٤٥ يوم من تاريخ إلغاء الطلب، إلا أن تطبيق "أجزخانة" غير مسؤول عن أي تأخير سببه اعادة تدوير الرصيد فيما يتعلق بالبطاقات البنكية و/أو الإتمانية أو من خلال الدفع عن طريق المحافظ المالية الالكترونية.
مع التزام إدارة التطبيق بتوفير أعلى درجات الأمان والخصوصية المتاحة، فيما يخص طرق الدفع، يتم الدفع على تطبيق "أجزخانة " اما باستخدام البطاقات البنكية و/أو الإتمانية أو من خلال الدفع عن طريق المحافظ المالية الالكترونية و/أو بالدفع المباشر نقداً- وعليه فإن تطبيق "أجزخانة " غير مسؤول عن أي تعرض و/أو سرقة و/أو أي اختراق للمعلومات المالية و/أو البنكية التي تخص حساب المستخدمين.
يحتفظ تطبيق "أجزخانة " بحق إجراء أي تغييرات و/أو تعديلات و/أو أي اضافة لمحتوى التطبيق و/أو المنصات الالكترونية.
بمجرد الدخول و/أو الاستمرار بالدخول إلى تطبيق "أجزخانة " فأنت موافق على هذه الوثيقة وعلى كافة شروطها و/أو احكامها المُعدلة – وعليه وفي حال عدم الموافقة على هذه الشروط و/أو تعديلاتها – فإننا نرجو منك التوقف عن استخدام تطبيق "أجزخانة ". 25-يحق لتطبيق "أجزخانة" إلغاء حساب أى من زوار و/أو اعضاء و/أو مزودي خدمة التطبيق في أى وقت كان ولأي سبب.
يحق لتطبيق "أجزخانة" إلغاء حساب أى من زوار و/أو اعضاء و/أو مزودي خدمة التطبيق في أى وقت كان ولأي سبب.

Terms & Conditions of Use - Service Providers

The following terms shall be defined as follows:

"Agzakhanh" App	An application specialized in providing and/or enabling all means of communication between pharmacies and/or stores, consumers, delivery companies and their employees, and/or freelance delivery personnel, and/or the delivery team of the application itself, and/or anyone acting on behalf of the application in the process of delivering the products/medicines. Whereas, the products and/or medicines shall be delivered to the consumer by placing a purchase order online. Taking into account, adhering to all the instructions of the Ministry of Health, including but not limited to; refraining from dispensing, selling and/or delivering any medical product that legally requires a prescription (R), signed and stamped by a doctor registered with the Ministry of Health, except after receiving and keeping (original) Prescription (R).
Service Provider	Available pharmacies and/or stores on the “Agzakhanh” app, in addition to cosmetics’ companies, medical equipment’s companies, and the platforms of which provide remote medical consultancies that include but not limited to: the mechanism of drug use, and/or contraindications/precautions to its use.
App Visitors	Any natural and/or juridical person who agreed to the terms and conditions of "Agzakhanh" application, but did not upload his data and log in.
Members (Users)	Any natural and/or juridical person who agreed to the terms and conditions of "Agzakhanh" application, uploaded his data and logged in, thus activated his account.

All online platforms (applications - websites – application's accounts on social media platforms on all channels and with its different content, whether visual or written) are exclusively considered an original intellectual property of “Agzakhanh” application.
“Agzakhanh” application has the right to publish any advertisements and/or promotional campaigns for any product in the local, regional and/or international markets. However, all online platforms owned by “Agzakhanh” are not – by all means – responsible for the quality of the products and/ or its nature and/or its effectiveness, and thus, “Agzakhanh” application completely disclaims its responsibility for any products and/or content that is published and/or promoted through its online platforms “Application - Websites”. Furthermore, “Agzakhanh” application has the right to promote and/or disseminate and/or advertise for any products even if it was for similar types of products that are dispensed by different service providers, and/or the products of which the application itself is dispensing.
Nature of the service: “Agzakhanh” application enables access, corresponding, purchasing, and/or requesting services from pharmacies and/or medications service providers, remote medical consultations providers, and/or any other related product to the public health and/or therapeutic and non- therapeutic cosmetics, and/or general hygiene products. Moreover, the app also enables communication of the carriers with delivery and/or shipping service providers to allow users to deliver products to specific destinations by their own selection.
Specifying the relationship: “Agzakhanh” application is not responsible in any way whatsoever for the relationship of the “users” with the providers of distribution services and/or the sale of the products that are purchased through the application.
The application of "Agzakhanh" does not bear any direct or indirect responsibility whatsoever for any medical advice and/or "any kind of consultations" and/or product quality and/or side effects of the products. The application’s sole purpose is limited to providing purchase/sale channels to the users, service providers.
The application is not responsible for any direct and/or semi-direct interaction between service providers and users, nor does the application and/or its management, and/or its individuals bear any legal, ethical, professional and/or moral tort as a result of the interaction of visitors and users of the application with service providers.
Users shall not publish any defamatory, falsehood informatory, infringing, and/or pornographic and/or any other content that includes inappropriate language and/or anything related to discrimination, intolerance and/or any threatening or offensive content on any of "Agzakhanh" application's platforms.
You may not post anything related to political matters, public opinion issues and/or unsolicited promotional campaigns.
Service providers are prohibited from dealing with any person suspected of being under the age of 18.
Changes: the management of the “Agzakhanh” application has the right to make any modification to the content of the application and/or cancel and/or delete service providers accounts.
Governing Law: these provisions are subject to the laws of the State of Qatar, and any dispute that arouse in relation to these provisions shall be exclusively subject to the regular Qatari court's jurisdiction to consider them.
Scope of the relationship: The financial relationship between users and service providers is limited, and the mission of “Agzakhanh” application is to link between the user and the service provider. Furthermore, “Agzakhanh” application’s fees are deducted from your payment to the service provider. When it comes to cancelling a purchase order by a visitor and/or member, the service provider is obliged to refund the price of medicines and/or products to the accounts of the consumer “Members and/or Visitors” if no more than six hours have passed since the order was confirmed.
Service providers must keep the users’ data confidential, and refrain from publishing any content related to users' information and/or data for any reason whatsoever.
Service provider shall allocate the utmost care to offer the highest standards in providing any kind of service for - "Agzakhanh" clients.

تكون للمصطلحات التالية دلالاتها في الوثيقة أدناه:

زوار التطبيق	أي شخص طبيعي و/أو اعتباري وافق على شروط وأحكام تطبيق "أجزخانة " الا أنه لم يقم بتحميل بياناته وتسجيل الدخول.
الأعضاء (المستخدمين)	أي شخص طبيعي و/أو اعتباري وافق على شروط وأحكام تطبيق "أجزخانة " و قام بتحميل بياناته وتسجيل الدخول وبالتالي تفعيل حسابه.

تُعتبر كافة المنصات الالكترونية (التطبيقات – المواقع الالكترونية – حسابات التطبيق على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي بكافة أشكالها وباختلاف محتواها مرئي كان أم مكتوب) ملكية فكرية أصلية لتطبيق "أجزخانة" حصراً.
يحق لتطبيق "أجزخانة" نشر أي دعايات و/أو حملات ترويجية لأي منتج في الأسواق المحلية و/أو الإقليمية و/أو العالمية، إلا أن المنصات الإلكترونية المملوكة لـ "أجزخانة" غير مسؤولة عن جودة المنتجات و/أو ماهيتها و/أو فعاليتها، وعليه يُخلي تطبيق "أجزخانة" مسؤوليته بشكل كامل عن أي منتجات و/أو محتوى يتم نشره و/أو الترويج إليه عبر منصاته الإلكترونية "تطبيق – المواقع الإلكترونية". كذلك يجوز لتطبيق "أجزخانة" الإعلان و/أو النشر و/أو الترويج لأي منتجات تتشابه فيما بين مزودي الخدمة على التطبيق، و/أو المنتجات التي يقوم التطبيق نفسه بتوزيعها.
طبيعة الخدمة: يُتيح تطبيق "أجزخانة" إمكانية الوصول والتراسل و/أو الشراء، و/أو طلب الخدمة من الصيدليات و/أو مزودي خدمات الأدوية، و/أو مقدمي الاستشارات الطبية عن بُعد، و/أو أي منتج يتعلق بالصحة العامة و/أو مستحضرات التجميل العلاجية والغير علاجية، و/أو منتجات النظافة العامة، كذلك يُتيح التواصل مع الناقلين من مزودي خدمات التوصيل و/أو الشحن ليُتيح للمستخدمين خدمات إيصال المنتجات لوجهات معينة مُختارة من قِبلهم.
تحديد العلاقة: ان تطبيقات "أجزخانة غير مسؤول بأي شكل من الأشكال عن علاقة "المستخدمين" مع مزودي خدمات توزيع و/أو بيع المنتجات المُراد شراؤها عبر التطبيق.
لا يترتب على تطبيق "أجزخانة" اي مسؤولية مباشرة أو غير مباشرة على أي استشارة طبية و/أو "أي نوع استشارة" و/أو جودة منتج و/أو الاضرار الجانبية للمنتجات، بل أن مهمة التطبيق تنحصر في إتاحة قنوات شراء للمستخدمين.
التطبيق غير مسؤول عن أي تعامل مباشر و/أو شبه مباشر فيما بين مزودي الخدمة والمستخدمين، كما أنه لا يقع على التطبيق و/أو إدارته، و/أو أفراده أي مسؤولية قانونية و/أو أخلاقية و/أو مهنية و/أو أدبية جراء تعامل زوار التطبيق ومستخدميه مع مزودي الخدمة.
يتوجب على المستخدمين عدم نشر اي محتوى تشهيري و/أو إفترائي و/أو انتهاكي و/أو إباحي و/أو أي محتوى آخر يشمل الألفاظ الغير لائقة و/أو كل ما يتعلق بالتمييز والتعصب و/أو اي محتوى تهديدي او هجومي على أي منصة تخص تطبيق "أجزخانة".
لا يجوز نشر أي شيء يتعلق بالأمور السياسية و/أو قضايا الرأي العام و/أو الحملات الترويجية غير المرغوب فيها.
- يُحظر على مزودي الخدمة تزويد خدمات التطبيق لأي شخض يشتبه بأنه تحت سن الـ ١٨.
التغييرات: يحق لإدارة تطبيق "أجزخانة" اجراء اي تعديل على محتوى التطبيق و/أو الغاؤه و/أو حذف بيانات و/أو حسابات مزودي الخدمة.
القانون الحاكم: تخضع هذه الأحكام لقوانين دولة قطر ، وأي نزاع يحدث فيما يتعلق بهذه الأحكام فتكون المحاكم القطرية النظامية صاحبة اختصاص حصري في النظر فيها.
نطاق العلاقة: تنحصر العلاقة المالية بين المستخدمين و مزودي الخدمة، وان مهمة تطبيق "أجزخانة" هو الربط فيما بين المستخدم و مزود الخدمة، تقتطع رسوم تطبيق "أجزخانة" من دفعة المستخدم، وتسترجع المنتجات و/أو الأدوية طبقاً لأحكام القانون القطري، وعليه يقوم مزود الخدمة برد قيمة المنتج و/أو الدواء إلى المستخدم طالما لم يتم فتحه أو استخدامه. على أن يتحمل المستخدم قيمة التوصيل من مكانه إلى مزود الخدمة والتي يمكن تقديرها بـ ١٠ ريال قطري، مع عدم الإخلال بأحكام القانون.
مدة التعاقد مع مزودي الخدمة: تكون مدة التعاقد مع مزودي الخدمة من صلاحيات إدارة تطبيق "أجزخانة" حصراً ويجوز لإدارة التطبيق إيقاف التعاقد و/أو أي تعامل مع أي من مزودي الخدمة بدون سابق إنذار أو إعذار، ويخضع ذلك لإرادة إدارة التطبيق "أجزخانة" المنفردة.
إلغاء العضوية: يحق لإدارة تطبيق "أجزخانة" إيقاف عضوية اي مستخدم لأي سبب كان، ويخضع ذلك فقط لإرادة إدارة التطبيق "أجزخانة" المنفردة.
سرعة الاستجابة: يتعهد تطبيق "أجزخانة" بتوفير سُبُل سرعة الاستجابة للمستخدمين، إلا أن التطبيق "أجزخانة" غير مسؤول عن أداء و/أو سرعة استجابة مزودي الخدمة، ولكن التطبيق سيبذل درجة العناية القصوى في متابعة الطلبات وجودتها وسرعة توصيلها، ولكن دون أدنى مسؤولية على تطبيق "أجزخانة".
إشعارات البريد الإلكتروني: يحق لإدارة تطبيق "أجزخانة " ارسال الاشعارات و/أو الدعايات و/أو الحملات الترويجية على البريد الالكتروني و/أو رسائل الـ SMS و/أو تطبيقات الهاتف المحمول و/أو اشعارات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، ويمكن للمستخدم وقف استقبال الإشعارات وفق إرادته.
جودة الخدمات: لا يضمن تطبيق "أجزخانة " أي خدمات يتم تقديمها من قِبل مزودي الخدمة و/أو الصيدليات.
ليس هناك ضمانة على توافر الخدمة: فيما يتعلق بكافة الخدمات المزودة في تطبيق "أجزخانة "، لا ضمانة على توافر المنتجات في الصيدليات و/أو ضمان وصولها في الوقت المحدد و/أو ضمانة جودة اي من المنتجات المُراد بيعها على التطبيق إلا الضمانة التي يقوم مزود الخدمة بنفسه بعرضها وتكون مسؤوليته المنفردة.
ان تطبيق "أجزخانة" غير مسؤول عن تأثير و/أو الاثار الجانبية لأي أدوية و/أو منتجات قد تم بيعها على التطبيق.
اداء خدمة الموقع و/أو التطبيق: لا يضمن تطبيق "أجزخانة" أن يكون متوافراً على الشبكة العنكبوتية بشكل دائم إلا أننا نسعى أن نكون متاحين الوصول بشكل دائم على الشبكة العنكبوتية.
الإلغاء: في حالة الغاء أي طلب قمت بشرائه على تطبيق "أجزخانة" فيتم اقتطاع قيمة توصيل المنتج، ويمكن تقديرها بـ ١٠ ريالات قطرية (مع عدم الإخلال بأحكام قانون حماية المستهلك القطري) لحساب تطبيق "أجزخانة"، و يتم بعدها إعادة الثمن خلال مدة أقصاها ٤٥ يوم من تاريخ إلغاء الطلب، إلا أن تطبيق "أجزخانة" غير مسؤول عن أي تأخير سببه اعادة تدوير الرصيد فيما يتعلق بالبطاقات البنكية و/أو الإتمانية أو من خلال الدفع عن طريق المحافظ المالية الالكترونية.
مع التزام إدارة التطبيق بتوفير أعلى درجات الأمان والخصوصية المتاحة، فيما يخص طرق الدفع، يتم الدفع على تطبيق "أجزخانة " اما باستخدام البطاقات البنكية و/أو الإتمانية أو من خلال الدفع عن طريق المحافظ المالية الالكترونية و/أو بالدفع المباشر نقداً- وعليه فإن تطبيق "أجزخانة " غير مسؤول عن أي تعرض و/أو سرقة و/أو أي اختراق للمعلومات المالية و/أو البنكية التي تخص حساب المستخدمين.
يحتفظ تطبيق "أجزخانة " بحق إجراء أي تغييرات و/أو تعديلات و/أو أي اضافة لمحتوى التطبيق و/أو المنصات الالكترونية.
بمجرد الدخول و/أو الاستمرار بالدخول إلى تطبيق "أجزخانة " فأنت موافق على هذه الوثيقة وعلى كافة شروطها و/أو احكامها المُعدلة – وعليه وفي حال عدم الموافقة على هذه الشروط و/أو تعديلاتها – فإننا نرجو منك التوقف عن استخدام تطبيق "أجزخانة ". 25-يحق لتطبيق "أجزخانة" إلغاء حساب أى من زوار و/أو اعضاء و/أو مزودي خدمة التطبيق في أى وقت كان ولأي سبب.
يحق لتطبيق "أجزخانة" إلغاء حساب أى من زوار و/أو اعضاء و/أو مزودي خدمة التطبيق في أى وقت كان ولأي سبب.
يحق لتطبيق "أجزخانة" نشر و/أو ترويج أي محتوى يتعلق بإحدى مزودي الخدمة وذلك بدون الحصول على أي إذن مسبق.
فيما يتعلق بإلغاء طلبات الشراء من قِبل الزوار و/أو الأعضاء فإن مزود الخدمة مُجبر على إعادة ثمن الأدوية و/أو المنتجات لحسابات المستهلكين "الأعضاء و/أو الزوار" إذا لم يمر ما مدته ستة ساعات على تثبت الطلب.
يجب على مزودي الخدمة الحفاظ على سرية المستخدمين و عدم نشر أي محتوى يتعلق بمعلومات و/أو بيانات المستخدمين لأي سبب كان.
يجب على مزود الخدمة بذل العناية القصوى في توفير افضل معايير خدمة عملاء تطبيق "أجزخانة".
